We first met Beth Arey over five years ago when we were looking for a place for our son to live in Columbia. He was attending the University of Missouri in and we wanted to establish in-state residency. Beth had five properties lined up for us to look at in our price range. It was obvious that she had done her research ahead of time. This was a huge help since we live in Illinois and had limited time to look for the right place. We ended up purchasing the first place we looked at which was a condominium not too far from campus. It has been great investment over these years. Now that our son is graduating, we will be putting the condo on the market and will definitely use Beth to sell it. Beth has always been professional, prompt and very attentive to our needs.
